The inquiry forms submit the information you enter to Healing Heartstrings through Netlify Forms so Da’Shea can respond to your request. Please keep medical or sensitive information out of either form.

Third-party services

Booking, gift cards, and map directions open separate providers. Their privacy practices and terms apply when you use them. Booking details and payment information should be entered only in the relevant provider’s service.

Website hosting

This website is hosted through Netlify. The hosting provider may process technical information and use access-related cookies to operate and protect the website. No advertising pixels or marketing analytics have been added to this version.
